At OSE we will make your conference as stress free as you would like us to. Our involvement can range from any to all of the below.
Source and Book the Venue
Create / Set up a stage set with sound/lighting/video and branding
Book Guest Speakers (relevant to the conference topic)
Liaise with the venue for lunches / dinners / tea, coffee breaks
Organise hotel accommodation for your delegates and manage the guest list with changes.
Organise transport from airports / or from the hotels to the conference venues
Organise trips / dinners outside of the conference in the evening
Organise breakout rooms with activities / speakers / video
GALA DINNERS (THEMED EVENTS)
Gala Dinners we can make stress free and again our involvement can range from any to all of the below.
Source and Book the Venue
Create the advertising material - mail shots /tickets / menus
Send out the mailshot (invitees to be given)
Co-ordindate the bookings / send out the tickets
Book hotel accommodation and manage the guests lists.
Recommend theming ideas according to budget
Source all theming and set it up on the day
Book any bands / cabarets / entertainment
Help with menu selections
Help with sourcing sponsorship
Set up and management of the event on the day.
There are 3 sorts of Christmas parties that OSE can help you with.

Alternatively fancy doing something different…OSE could set up a Santa’s Grotto in your work place or make the work premises a Festive place to work. Most things are possible!
SUMMER PARTIES/STAFF PARTY/FAMILY FUN DAYS
If you are looking to entertain your staff or guests in the Summer Sun, then OSE can assist. Anything from a BBQ to a Summer Ball, or if you want a family fun day for your staff and families OSE can put together a whole day of food / fun and drinks. The possibilities are endless! We just can't guarantee the weather!
Launching a new product or service? OSE can help you create the perfect launch. We can theme the event around what you are launching, bring in staff and catering to manage the event right down to looking after your guests lists and numbers so you can concentrate on making sure the product or service is ready to launch!

'Mandy was amazing on the day of our wedding. She helped dress the wedding tables in the barn and helped set up the garden for the ceremony. Without her and her partner the day simply wouldn't have been the same. Nothing was too much to ask. She worked so hard that morning and the results were fabulous! The ceremony in the garden was wonderful and the finishing touches to the great barn were amazing. Mandy also organised the room with the sweet cart, dressing up and guestbook which kept our guests busy all night!
